Silent Kiss in the Rain

My alarm went off 'Ugh NO' I thought as I was turning it off. Why do I have work again I asked myself as I got up. Then I remembered that I needed rings too ,so I can pay the bills, get food, and other things like going to the movies. I never really liked getting ready for work ,but it was a must. I finally got myself to get up and I went to go take a shower when I got into the cold water I shivered 'The water is really cold today for some reason' I thought as I turned up the heat. While I was washing I was thinking about what I heard on the news last night. The weather forecaster said that it was going to be pouring today 'that's why it's cold' well then I got out and started getting ready for a rainy day. I got dressed and put on my rain coat, I grabbed my umbrella and headed outside. 'I can't wait to get to the café where it's warm inside and I can serve people there nice hot coffees! I might even see my Soniku!' when I was finally there I was happy to finally get out of the cold air.

Right when I hung up my rain coat I remembered that I needed to bring flower seeds for work 'Dang it!' I thought while looking around to see if my boss was there. When I didn't see her I knew it was my chance to get out of there and grab the flower seeds that are in my house. When I tried to walk out though I got shut in by the blue blur.
"SONIC!!! Let me out I need to get to my house!" I yelled
"Gosh Ames what's the rush?" he asked with he famous smirk.
"Oh Sonic I'm sorry for yelling at you ,but I need to go get the flower seeds from my house or else I'm going to get fired!" I said kind of quiet manly loud.
"Well you could've said so." he said smiling
"Why are you smiling like that?" I asked with a confused expression.
"Well you need to flower seeds so you wont get fired right?
"Yes but there all the way back at my house. Wait are you suggesting to take me home so I can get them?"
"Ding ding ding give the girl a prize!" he said laughing a little.
"Oh you will really?!" "THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!" I yelled again and again.

He picked me up so I grabbed onto his neck then we ran out. We got there and he put me down gently. I got out my keys and opened my door, when I walked in I saw the flower seeds so I grabbed them and walked out smiling at them. 'Thank you flowers I got to spend time with my Sonic because of you!' I thought. I looked up at sonic and he picked me up again and in a split second I was brought back to work. I put down the flower seeds and hugged him he tried to pull away at first then he just gave up.


"Thank you again Sonic I don't know what I would do without this job!" I said and let go.
"Anytime Ames." He said winking at me with a thumbs up. When he walked outside I did too because I wanted to know why he was leaving. He walked further out and I followed. We were in the rain and I was getting soaked. I tapped his shoulder and he turned and looked at me. When I saw him look at me I guess I froze I didn't know what to say. I just stood there looking up at him in his beautiful green eyes and he was standing there looking into mine. Then it felt like we were getting closer to each other. Then we were kissing well I should say he kissed me. I was surprised at first but then I finally kissed back. He wrapped his arms around my waste and I put mine around his head as our silent kiss in the rain continued.
